I jumped in the shower while F was taking his nap. When I came downstairs, I found C in the kitchen making me a "snack." She had already made herself a glass of Nestle Quik. She had quite the milk mustache (or should I say goatee?) We've already had one brush with the infamous Nestle Quik. I asked her what kind of snack she was making me and she told me it was "a good one." Here is a list of her ingredients:
Parsley Flakes
Onion Powder
Grated Cheddar Cheese Stick
Lemon Pepper
Celery Seed
Tarragon Leaves
Black Pepper
Allspice

Everything was mixed so nicely using one of the whisks from my hand mixer. I love that she got the mini-grater out for the cheese stick. She even had a spoon ready for me to try some. I had to try it. It smelled horrible and looked even worse. However, because I am a good Mom, I tried a little bit. Suffice it to say, I don't expect Rachel Ray to come knocking at my door asking me for the recipe.

She's a top chef in the making! She has the most beautiful eyes . . . like her mommy!
Steve says next time she needs to use flour and sugar, it is cheaper than spices.
Maybe a dash of salt would have evened out the flavours, ya know? She's so cute :D
What a doll-she is so dang cute!-She is already like her dad-(when it comes to cooking!!)
Wow! You are a great (and brave) Mom to try that concoction! You never know what you are going to find when you leave kids to take a shower...been there, done that!
YES. You are very brave. I would have faked it!!
That is so cute of her. What a good memory to blog about. I should do more of those.
