"Dopper" Bike

F has been using a hand-me-down bike. We replaced the pedals and got a sweet horn for it, but it just wasn't cutting it. The chain kept falling off and the training wheels that we put on it didn't fit right. F finally gave in and just started riding our old, rusty razor scooter. J and I decided that we needed to get this kid a bike.

His facial expression was priceless when he saw his new bike for the first time. At first he thought it was for the neighbor kid. Then he thought it was J's bike. When J assured him that it was for him - he smiled so big. I love this dude.

This morning {at 7:30am} he asked if he could ride his "stopper bike." However, when F says "stopper" it comes out as "dopper." I asked him if he meant his new bike and he said yes and then told me he calls it his dopper bike because it "has those one dopper things on top." Apparently, he is loving the hand brakes.
