Our morning ritual starts when C and/or F wakes up. They both end up in our bed, watching cartoons while J and I get a few more minutes of precious sleep. This morning C jumped on our bed and told us that she knows what "malpitent hand" means. We asked her to repeat herself several times, because we just weren't getting it. She kept saying "malpitent hands!" She kept putting her hands in cupping shape out in front of her. I asked what "malpitent" meant and she told me it was a really big word that means holding the whole world in your hands while it spins around. She told me that Heavenly Father was "malpitent." I asked her if she meant "omnipotent." "oooooooooh yeah," she said - OMNIPOTENT!
I just love her.
