Custodial Creations

I found this picture that C drew on my desk this morning. The following is our conversation:

Me: Hey C - c'mere for a minute.
C: What?
Me: I like this picture. What is it?
C: Oh, its a lady pushing one of those yellow things.
Me: A yellow thing? Like a wheelchair? A stroller? A Shopping Cart?
C: NO!!!!!! Its one of those yellow things that you push around to clean up messes. That is a mop coming out of it. See the handle? This other stuff is the mess she has to clean up. Its a big mess.
Me: Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Its a janitor mop squeezer bucket.
C: yeah. *Then off she goes to watch Mrs. Sunnypatch & her spider friends.


First of all, I have no idea when C has ever seen one of these. I think the only time I've ever seen one of these is when I was in grade school. There's always some kid that pukes in the cafeteria and the janitor has to wheel one of these babies around to clean up the regurgitated salsbury steak and lung butter.

She never ceases to amaze me.
